This round black tank with lid is excellent both as a watering tank for traditional soil growing and as a nutrient solution reservoir. They are made of highly durable polypropylene, and the lid prevents evaporation and keeps unwanted matter out of the water.

The quality of the plastic allows use with fertilisers, acids and other products mixed into the irrigation or hydroponic solution, without ever releasing substances toxic to plants, as happens with low-quality plastics or those unsuitable for horticultural use.
