TDS + Temperature + EC Meter – EC59

The temperature, TDS and EC meter is a waterproof pocket electrical conductivity meter for EC or TDS and temperature.

This meter measures with temperature compensation and has a replaceable probe.

Features

• It has a battery indicator, stability indicator, auto shut-off and automatic calibration
• It shows EC (3999 µS/cm) or TDS (2000 ppm) values on the two-line LCD.
• Displays temperature from 0.0 to 60.0 °C (or 32.0 to 140.0 °F)

The EC TDS temperature meter is ideal for hydroponics, fish farming, aquariums, swimming pools, laboratories, water treatment, etc.

Operation

• Remove the protective cap
• Switch on the meter by pressing the ON / OFF / CAL button
• Immerse the meter in the liquid to be measured (best measured from a glass)
• Allow the meter a few seconds to compensate
• To freeze the reading, press and hold the SET / HOLD button
• To switch to TDS measurement, briefly press the SET / HOLD button
• To switch off the meter, press the ON / OFF / CAL button

Calibration

• Press and hold the ON / OFF / CAL button until the OFF message is replaced by the CAL message
• Release your finger to enter calibration mode
• The meter shows the message «1413uS» and asks to be immersed in this calibration buffer
• The meter will show "OK" when calibrated
• Once calibrated in µS, the EC59 EC TDS Temperature meter is automatically calibrated in TDS (ppm)
