Top with Discharge for NFT Channel 80 mm

The accessory that closes the nutrient-solution cycle. This top with Ø40 mm drain fits on the outlet end of the 80 mm perforated hydroponic channel, directing the nutrient solution back to the reservoir in a controlled, leak-free way.

Without this component, the NFT circuit does not work — it is the part that turns an open pipe into a complete hydroponic production line.

Top with Ø40 drain for 80 mm perforated channel, for use on production lines.

What is the top with drain for?

In an NFT system, the nutrient solution enters through the feed manifold, flows through the channel bathing the plant roots, and must exit in a controlled way to return to the reservoir. That is exactly what this top is for:

• Ensures the nutrient solution returns to the tank
• Prevents leaks at the outlet end of the pipe
• Directs the flow through the Ø40 mm outlet into the return pipe
• Protects the roots from light at the end of the channel
